Scholarship Application:
To be eligible for a Family Scholarship you must be a resident of Skagit County and a parent or relative caregiver of a child age 8 or younger.

To be eligible for a Professional Development Scholarship you must work in a licensed, exempt, or tribally certified child care, family home child care, or afterschool program. Qualified individuals are awarded a $32.00 scholarship.

Reimbursement Application:
Each STARS participant may receive full reimbursement after attending the Connections Conference. Please read the qualifications below. You may receive up to $100.00 each year towards your annual 10 hour requirement.

To apply for reimbursement you must submit within 90 days AFTER attending:

  1. A completed reimbursement application; plus
  2. Your receipt for the Connections Conference OR a copy of your cancelled check (both sides); plus
  3. An Official Certificate of Attendance.

You do NOT need a STARS number to apply for reimbursement.
